Learn to Skate Scarborough
Welcome to Skate Toronto. Skate Toronto offers ice skating lessons and programs in Toronto for adults, children and youth. Our programs include Learn to Skate for all ages and figure skating programs. We have programs available throughout communities in the Greater Toronto Area at various skating rinks on a seasonal basis mainly in North York, Scarborough, Thornhill, Markham, Richmond Hill and Vaughan. We offer a learn to skate program that gives skaters basic skating skills such as skating forwards, skating backwards, turning, gliding and stopping. Our learn to skate program has four levels and classes are typically in a 6 to 1 student coach ratio. Skate Toronto also offers skaters figure skating programs from an introductory level to an advanced level. Our Freestyle Bronze program is designed to introduce figure skating concepts to skaters including spins, jumps, stroking and spirals. Our Ice Dance Bronze program introduces international pattern dances to skaters. Our figure skating programs are typically offered in a 4 to 10 skater to coach ratio. All of our ice skating programs are offers throughout the year in the winter, fall, spring and summer seasons. Private Ice Skating Lessons
Skate Toronto coaches offer private ice skating lessons for all ages and all figure skating and learn to skate levels throughout the winter, spring, summer and falls seasons in the Greater Toronto Area. During private ice skating lessons our coaches can also accommodate semi-private and small group classes. Private ice skating lessons can offer you a lesson plan customized to your skating needs and at your pace. Private ice skating lessons take place on Ticket Ice sessions, our programs and other instructional skating rink facilities in the Greater Toronto Area.
